Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for Standard & Express Domestic shipping as well as Express and Standard International Shipping.

DOMESTIC

  • Express shipping: If you placed your order before 11:59 pm (AEDT), you will receive your orders the next business day if you are located within the Express Post Network. If you place your order after 11:59 pm (AEDT), you will receive your order the next following business day (exclude public holidays).

  • Standard shipping:  Usually takes 2-5 business days (exclude public holidays) after posting depending on destination locations.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Express ShippingUsually takes 3-21 business days (exclude public holidays) after dispatching depending on destination locations.
  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 10-25 business days (exclude public holidays) after dispatching depending on destination locations.

Please note: Delivery times above begin once your order has been dispatched, 24-48 hours after you placed your order. Express shipping orders placed before 11:59 pm (AEDT) are dispatched the same day they are placed. If express orders are placed on a weekends/public holidays they will be dispatched on the next following business day.

 

POSTAGE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • For domestic orders under $120 AUD, there will be a standard domestic flat rate of $10 AUD, and an express domestic flat rate of $15 AUD applies. You will entitle for free standard shipping on order over $120. 

  • For international orders there will be an international shipping fee of $30.00 AUD for Standard shipping and $60 AUD for the Express Shipping applies. (Express shipping only available in some countries, you can check if your country is eligible for express delivery at checkout).

Please note:  International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or customs processing fees. Unfortunately, Falentina does not cover the cost of customs tax and import duties. Please contact your local customs & duty office for current charges before you order to ensure a smooth delivery. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it may cause a delay in the delivery time of your order.

TRACKING

Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation number, and once your order has been dispatched you will receive another confirmation email along with your tracking number.

 

CHANGES

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed.
