Refund policy

RETURN:

For reasons of hygiene all hijab purchased from Falentina cannot be refunded and un-returnable unless the goods provided are incorrect.

EXCHANGE:

You can only exchange your item(s) if you received an incorrect item(s). You may exchange your item(s) with other products with the same value/price. Exchange can be made within 14 days from your purchase date. All exchanged item(s) must be in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in their original packaging.

Please email info@falentinaofficial.com to inform us of the exchange, along with your receipt and we will assist you with the next actions. After receiving a reply, please pack and post the item(s) along with your receipt to 1 Rydge Street, Belmore 2192, NSW, Australia.

Please note:

• The shipping cost for the exchange is paid for by the customer.  Unfortunately, Falentina is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns unless the goods provided are incorrect.

• All SALE items (include defective items) are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, and/or refunds.

• FALENTINA reserves the right to send back any item(s) to the customer if they are stained, worn, or modified from their original condition
